Our C-Camp program includes preventative maintenance and trouble calls. Our Field Service Technicians are dispatched automatically once your call is received. They are all equipped with wireless equipment so they know exactly what the problem is before they arrive. Our extensive inventory of parts along with an automatic restocking program for the technicians helps to insure that they have the right parts on hand when servicing your equipment.

If your company operates beyond a normal working day (8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.)
Monday through Friday, SSI will provide on-site service at no additional charge, 24/7 & 365 days per year.

Seamless Solutions guarantees that we will have a Certified Service Technician at your office within an average of 4 hours from the time of your call.

Seamless Solutions not only works hard to arrive in 4 hours, but also to fix the problem on the first visit. Our Company auto-restocks our technicians with parts to improve on the car stocks and to reduce incomplete calls. Seamless Solutions also gives bonuses to technicians for reducing repeat calls and call backs.

Technicians are trained to do a complete examination of the equipment. They do more than fix the problem reported on the call. Our technicians perform a 17-point inspection at every call. We leave your investment performing and looking like new.

Seamless Solutions customers are assigned a specific Service Technician. Seamless believes that an established relationship between the customer and the service technician reduces service calls and enhances customer satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that your machine cannot be repaired within 8 business hours, SSI will provide a loaner of comparable features and functions at NO CHARGE to you.

If while protected under Seamless Solutions' Service programs you continue to have excessive service calls that cannot be rectified by service (in no less than 60 days), SSI will replace that machine with another of equal value at no additional charge.
