Images, Not Equipment

The C-CAMP Program is based on the actual number of images you use each month. The equipment is provided to you by Seamless Solutions, and serves as a vehicle from which those images are generated. Because your contract is for the output only, the actual system may be changed as your needs change.
Your account is managed on an on-going basis. Regular reviews are planned to monitor productivity and quality of output, ensuring the equipment is always suited to your current business needs.

Depending on your business needs, you can adapt your company's equipment to keep pace with printing volume and application needs. Changes to volumes, device numbers and equipment types can be made as often as quarterly. And budgeting is simplified knowing that service and consumables are included in the cost per image. No hidden charges. No surprises.

 

No Refinancing Penalties

In a typical lease or rental program significant penalties can be levied when a customer desires to change equipment. With the C/CAMP program, you won’t have to pay the costs of equipment changes or be forced into additional contracts. Since you pay for prints, and not equipment, simple volume change addendums are all that are required.

 

Consolidated Billing

With consolidated billing, you will receive one monthly invoice for all your locations. This will be broken out by location line items for your convenience. Quarterly you will receive a reconciled usage report and invoice, again line itemized to location. The quarterly volume reconciliation will allow you to “pool” your prints throughout the quarter to guard against excessive under usage or overage charges. We will monitor usage closely and adjust minimums accordingly to allow you to accurately budget for usage.

    If for some reason your system cannot be repaired within 8 hours, Seamless will provide a loaner at no additional charge.
