Savin Service Excellence Award (Only 50 dealers Nationally)

Houston, TX (March 27, 2015) – Seamless Solutions last month, received Ricoh Americas’ Service Excellence Award in a meeting dedicated to recognizing Seamless Solutions’ honor. Eric Rendall, Savin/Ricoh Technical Support Manager for the West region presented the award to Jon Balter, Chief Operating Officer of Seamless Solutions. “It is an honor to be recognized by Savin/Ricoh for our Service program and I’m proud to accept this award on behalf of our 25 Service Technicians that diligently deliver superior service to our customers everyday,” said Jon Balter.  Savin/Ricoh received submissions from office equipment dealers nationwide and were evaluated by their Savin/Ricoh Technical Support Manager and then reviewed by the Region Managers and the Director of Dealer Service Support. The award is based on a combined score of the following categories: Use of Genuine Ricoh Parts and Supplies, Services-Led Initiatives, Hardware & Solutions Training, Relevant Industry Certifications, Service Organization Structure, Field Staff & Help Desk Productivity & Efficiency Measures, Customer Satisfaction Measurement Process & System, Effective Utilization of Ricoh Resources, and Business Plan Management & Process Improvement.

Service Excellence Award 2015Seamless Solutions was one of only 50 dealerships in the Nation to receive Savin\Ricoh Service Excellence Award.
